extremely bad experience of stay

i am writing this because stay in this resort is the worst ever experience in my almost 20 years of travelling experience. it is a wastage of money. Couldn't find any reason i can say its good except specious rooms. problems---- 1) pathetic maintenance of the resort. rooms are not cleaned properly. we took 3 cottages for three families , all the bathrooms having some leakages. it took almost 3 hours to get a cottage as initially they given us a cottage where geyser was not working and no water in taps. once complained they tried to fix the issue for sometime while we were waiting outside, then they offered some other cottage. 2) They gave cottages to lot of bachelors and they were shouting like anything till almost 2 at night. 3) in one of the cottages tap water was smelling badly. 4) Food is not good, very limited option. Even they r not having any menu card.. manager was preparing food menu in a white paper in front of me. 5) bedsheets and blankets are old and smelling. 6) we asked for a bottle of Bisleri waiter brought 20 lt bottle :p. overall it's not recommended to stay in this resort.

The hotel staff's behaviour was very good. But the quality of the rooms are very poor.They are very dirty and stinky.Rooms are poorly lit.The floor was not cleaned properly.The rooms services takes a lot of time.The location again is not convenient.

The place is nice...Cottages are in a row facing each other...Single row up a steel slope....Food was very tasty...Rooms are neat , but lack of cupboards mean you have to keep everything in your bags...We were a riding group and had our 10th anniverasary meet there...

We stayed as a group of friends, good hospitality, nice location, well maintained rooms. Neat gated complex with one car park for each duplex apartment. Food can be ordered inside with kitchen facility

We stayed there for two nights , the staff are very friendly and treated us well. There was an free complement breakfast everyday . Food is good , they take the extra effort to check if everyone is had their food. Even though they had specific timing for breakfast they were willing to bend it a bit if the customer requested . There is a lot of privacy which makes your stay pleasant and the rates were also very nominal. Finally I would definitely recommend everyone to try this place.
